Job Vacancy – HR Compliance Executive (Frontend Operations)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana,
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Take-Home)
About the Opportunity
Veerayee HR Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. provides specialized HR support and compliance services to more than 300 clients across India.
As our clients’ operations continue to expand in the Hyderabad region, we are looking for a dedicated and responsible professional to join our team and manage HR Regulatory Compliance and Frontend Operations.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various statutory and regulatory compliance activities for clients, including:
Handling Shops & Establishments Registration and related compliance procedures
Managing PTEC / PTRC registrations and compliance requirements
Handling Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) related requirements
Coordinating Trade License applications and renewals
Managing CLRA Registration / License procedures
Liaising with relevant Government Departments and Authorities
Coordinating with clients and ensuring timely completion of compliance activities
Tracking applications, documentation and approvals
Maintaining required records and compliance documentation
Ensuring all assigned activities are completed within the stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT)
Providing timely updates to clients and internal teams
Required Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate should have:
Good practical knowledge of HR Regulatory Compliance procedures
Experience in handling government registrations, licenses and statutory requirements
Good understanding of Shops & Establishments, PTEC/PTRC, LWF, Trade License and CLRA processes
Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with Government Departments
Good client-handling and communication skills
Strong Telugu and English communication skills
Good follow-up and documentation skills
Ability to work within defined timelines and meet client expectations
Salary
₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Take-Home)
The final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills and suitability for the role.
